Oh Gundy! Don't be so squeamish! It's all just protein! It's just the same as eating chicken really! And they don't just put it in jelly, they use it in glue and in the emulsion that coats the back of your camera films! Just another of my useless facts that nobody really wanted to know!

We used to dissect cows hearts! It was great! They usually had massive smally blood clots in them! I love getting my hands dirty! it's great!
