night the point is you say ginny wanted to be with harry if she was in love with him in the GoF its surely over. and besides i agree with katie and dark( kinda predictable) anyway again if ginny was in fact in love with him it is over. just like hermione and krum; harry and cho; ron and hermione. although krum is mentioned in the 5th book i dont think he'll come back but JK did say it was a possiblility.

In my opinion I havent seen a lot of interactions that would make me think harry and ginny have any kind of connection, or deeper relationship, then her being rons little sister and thereby associated with their group of friends. Just like I can't shoot you guys down on Harry and Hermione. That quote doesn't go for Harry and Ginny. And don't say, "Oh, since Ginny was with Neville, she has to be over Harry", yea well it doesn't really mean that. She could be tired of waiting and checking to see if there is anyone she likes like Harry, and that doesn't mean she is over him. Hermione said she was over Harry, Hermione could mean be trying to stop anything between Harry and Ginny. Until I hear Ginny say she is through with him... no.. until I hear JKR say Ginny is over him or the books end before anything happens between them, I wont stop going for Harry and Ginny.
i understand kinda but i still my point remains....its just the fact that there are only four h/hr shippers....katie, hermione, dark, and myself.... i know theres only you and phoenix for the harry/ginny thing....maybe we should all try a new perspective...BUT NOT SAYING TO CHANGE SHIPS...I AND MOST PPL ARE TO STUBBORN TO DO THAT....i wish there were more harry and hermione fourms that were still active all those fourms are dead....i know there are ginny and harry fourms not sure if there active though...i dont really want to enter it and find out either.

I will stop arguing about the subject, though I find it rather annoying about people saying stuff about Harry and Hermione and other people agreeing. Besides Phoe, i'm all alone with the Harry Ginny thing. Phoe is only shipping it because she ships R/Hr. I have no one who is a Harry/Ginny fan, because they like the couple, to back me up. I guess saying it is annoying is sort of a childish thing to say, but look at it from my point of view. I'm basically a one army man fighting agaisnt a army of three.

Part of the reason it's so much fun to write is that they're discovering their hormones. And they're mainly in love with all the wrong people, just to make it lifelike.

Yeah I find that all annoying too with the Harry and Hermione thing. But I see why you believe Harry likes Ginny. I was reading the fifth book when I went to Disney World for the past two weeks, so I understand the whole Harry liking Ginny thing. I still don't understand the Harry and Hermione concept. I certainly missed a lot on this thread. What's been going on since I was gone?
