Why not? It's been in development for years, longer then most real movies. Unless it's one of the best movies of all time, it will be a disapointment because there's no valid excuse for it taking so long to get the thing out unless it's for an extreme amount of quality.

Let some of us put it this way, Ive seen it , it kicked ass end of story.

Earlier today, the official US website was updated with new information in their news section, confirming three voice actors - Steve Burton [Cloud], Rachel Leigh Cook [Tifa] and Mena Suvari [Aerith] as well as a release date. Interestingly enough, this news was later removed, with now only a "Feb 10, 2006" placeholder. The intrigue continues.

We have been getting news. We find out every single time the release date is further pushed back or disregarded all together.
