It's where eg you have to check about a dozen times whether you have locked the door, or feel compelled to touch every lamppost on the street! 😠

I can't pass by anything that's even remotely dirty without my brain telling me 'you might have touched that, go wash your hands'

😆 does hvin to scratch the other leg when you scratch one of them count?😂 i dunno why i always do that!

Sometimes I have to wash my hands several times before my brain will let me leave the sink.

Well I feel that anything obscene or outlandish (from horrible adverts to filth on the street) might have contaminated me and I have to walk past it again or meditate to recall myself. 🙁

And it isn't funny, I've probably done some serious damage to my skin.

I have once felt compelled to touch the inside of a toilet bowel in order to get the feeling in my finger back - 😘 how revolting!

And sometimes when I drink from a tap or water fountain I feel that I have to do it again several times.

I fancied that I had when I looked into the toilet bowel, but hadn't really. I felt compelled to reclaim myself FROM the toilet bowel so had to touch it in order to do so.
