hmmm not sure ....

same here 😄

sorry i dont think i could help with that ... sorr

So....no one knows? Well, I'll just write it again on this new page... How did Harry's parents "defy the dark lord thrice." I've always wanted to know what that means. You could just write it here and/or pm me. 🙂

I'm pretty sure that's something we'll find out in the coming books.

but has anyone else asked about this?

yeah i'd say we'd find out in one of the nxt books

Yeah, what Lady Grim said. And no, I've never heard anyone else ask about it.

.... to rite

Well, okay.... are you even talking about the lost prophecy anymore?

Thrice defied him...I don't know how or what they did, but some how or another, Lily and James Potter had defied Voldy (escaped him, refused to join him, or something like that) three different times before Harry was born...that's part of how Voldy knew that he should kill Harry.

^exactly...i was just gunna say that 🙂 but perhaps we'll find out more about these three times later on...

Thats what I was hoping...I would like to know. Supposedly more is revealed about Harry's parents in the next two books. I hope it's good stuff!!!

hopefully ..

So, basically. The reason Voldemort. (I despise the calling him of Voldie) lured Harry into the Ministry of Magic was to get the Prophecy, which he himself was unable to get.

Because he only knew abit of it. And obviously, the prophecy had not yet been fulfilled.

yep hence to more books to be out (and the fact he has 2 more yrs at hogwarts

ooh. I'm so excited. That and the fact that Goblet is my fave book.

i finished reading that yesterday

it's my most favouritist.

i much prefer 3/5
