Ok, Azrael, just to guide you along here (I am sure you read up on all this anyway but I shall say it as a reminder), Fire's move will basically do a double hit (using Speed instead of Strength but that makes no difference as they are the same). He'd modified that with an effect which means you cannot dodge it unless you use a focus power to aid you.

At this point you need a defence- this does NOT affect your action, you always get to defend against attacks for free. You can either Defend, which basically means you do your best to fend off the blow (that;s the standard option, Fire will then roll to hit you with the difficulty being your MA skill), or you can Dodge, making a muich bigger effort to avoid the blow, but that will gain you an exertion- too much exertion and you lose an action.

But as I just said, you now cannot dodge unless you use a Focus power with it.

Whilkst you post that, you may as well post your planned attack back on him as well. Then Fire will need to post a defence against that.

Azrael flicks himself toward the guns on th wall(dodge with focus), knives in hands and slashes out with his knife(vengeance of the butterfly)

also since that is an extremely fast attack you might get a second attack as well not sure tho-waits for ush-

You can use Willow Step, that is perfectly legal. But it is a very weak dodge, designed to be used against multiple opponents (as it dodges all of them). You can probably find something better- if you have Fox powers, check them out.
