Juggernaut or The Hulk?

That was War Hulk. That issue has been brought up 4100 times in this thread. It doesn't count for much of anything.

that's true, but war hulk was a bit different - hulk's own strength was supplemented in some way by apocalypse's celestial technology if i'm not mistaken. if i am, i'm sure someone will correct me . . .

the only problem i've ever had with this argument is that it implies his ANGER has no limit, and to me that just doesn't wash. the brain isn't capable of GRASPING infinity, let alone reaching out to it, and expanding towards it. logically, it seems there would have to be a limit to how angry hulk, or anyone, can become, a point where his brain would just . . . i don't know, shut down? hence there would be a limit on hulk's strength. i still think hulk can become the strongest of all characters, i just don't think his strength is limitless.

that being said, hulk would ultimately win this. i don't think he'd NEED to reach that (mythical?) critical limit to beat juggs. cytorrak's power is not infinite, as war hulk (and it counts here if only to show the power HAS limits) and onslaught proved. when juggs led the exiles qune actually cut him and made him bleed. further evidence the power is not 'limitless'. i enjoy both characters, but . . . HULK IS STRONGEST ONE THERE IS!!

The paradox "The madder Hulk gets the stronger Hulk gets" is just a simplification of a much more complex concept. There are many factors that affect Hulk's strength increases. Hulk's strength doesn't rely solely on his anger, it's just that when he does get angry, he gets much stronger. When Hulk exerts himself, he draws strength from an infinte source of power. The same applys for his bouts of rage. While he may not be able to get "infinitely mad," this sets no limitations on is strength. The truth is, the more strength required, the stronger (and apparently, bigger) the Hulk becomes. The amount of anger Hulk experiences and the period in which this level of anger is sustained is coefficient to his strength increases when he exerts himself.

What does the size of his hands matter? What matters is the strength. Besides didn't you see my earlier post? Find my post that is in the page before this one and click on the link. Then when you're in the link scrool down to the bottom and read "The Incredible Hulk" #457.

Hulk with a suit of armor made for the purpose of negating Juggernaut's power. Savage Hulk is stronger than War.

People backing Hulk think he could become strong enough to break the enchantment, I get that.

But strength is physical, and based on science, magic is beyond physical, and can trump science at every turn it's always been that way.
That's what magic is there for, to do things that are physically impossible.

That's where I'm stuck at here, all fanboy pokes and annoyance aside.

Magic has always been able to transcend anything purely physical, why should it change when the only difference here is this strength is immeasurable?
