Dude, you're not getting the point. War only had Juggernaut because he NEGATED his Cyttorak enchantment, making him vulnerable to damage/pain. It doesn't matter how strong Savage Hulk gets, as long as he doesn't have the celestial tech armor that War had on, Juggernaut will be just fine and stalemate him.

But Juggernaut would keep getting stronger, too, matching Hulk completely the entire time. Both of them have limitless strength. But eventually one of them would tire. And well, that one would not be Juggernaut.

I'm pretty sure that's wolverine between Mags and IM, as that's a pretty damned impressive feat to rip the adamantium skull off the body like that. . . after all that would explain the twisted metal look underneath. . .
