The problem is that Hulk has far better feats of durability than that. He's done things that strength alone cannot explain, such as grabbing and holding anti-matter. Or flying through some time rift or whatever it was. Those things could've badly injured him if he wasn't either scared or angry or both.
How can I proof that he cannot be KO'd when angry? By NOT knocking him out? Can't prove a negative. I have tons of Hulk comics, so I know my stuff. All I can do is point out the character's strong points and history.
Besides all this, if you think rationally, there's no reason for Hulk not to increase his durability when angered. The whole principle, as usual, is some form of exaggerated realism. Marvel likes that stuff.

Your right that no matter how much tougher the Hulk becomes, a sufficient enough force can knock him out (Cain is only beyond this limitation due to magic enchantments), but if we go his highest showings, it takes a lot (and I mean A LOT) to take him out. This is why I believe he can take juggernaut's toughest blows and keep on coming.

i agree that hulk can take juggs toughest blows to but take me and u for instance i hit u as hard as i can in the same spot over and over agin eventualy u will start to fill it now apply that same logic to them but juggernaut has invulnerability do u see wat i mean??

Yes, we see what you mean. But I imagine that fighting Hulk is like fighting someone who is drunk as %*@=$ or has taken pills. You can hit them as hard as you want, but they just keep coming. With one notable difference: the Hulk actually gets stronger, not weaker.
