I think Juggernaut can beat the Hulk. Hulk has been knocked out by force. Juggernaut has not.
I'm still trying to find a logical way for Hulk to win. War Hulk is arguably the most powerful version and all he did was stalemate Juggernaut at best. Just because Hulk has a sword and said he was gonna cut Juggies head off does not mean Hulk won. Juggernaut didn't even look worried when Hulk threatend to cut his head off. He looked like he was ready for more.

During Acts Of Vengence, when Spider Man had the Captain Universe powers, he punched Hulk into orbit. He was stuck in gravitation like a satellite, with only one breath to catch before leaving the atmosphere. He thought that breath may last him an hour; after that, he didn't know what he was going to do. Just before his breath was to go for good, Spidey flew up and pulled him back down to New York.
Not only could he not breathe, he couldn't get his body to move anywhere in the vacuum of space. He was helpless.
MAN: “He’s made contact”
FURY: “I can see that.”
MAN: “But what if he loses his mask?”
FURY: “The data that we have on Hulk suggest that his mutation will somehow alter his body to adapt.”
MAN: “Even to a zero-atmosphere environment?”
FURY: “That’s what it says.”
AS I’ve said before, Hulk has also had to hold his breath under water many times as well before his body finally adapted and allowed him to breathe underwater. This leads me to believe that the process takes a while, but it will happen.

BTW, Hulk isn't the only person capable of fighting Celestials. Juggernaut cracked one of their domes.
War had only one showing, and he didn't do anything that i don't doubt Savage could have done (except physically stop Cain, since he seemed to use some sort of magic there).
I don't believe Hulk's unlimited strength will give him the win here. It won't. But Hulk HAS managed to stalemate Juggernaut in the past so I don't see why it's so hard to believe he'd do it again. Both of their strengths have to start somewhere and they are relatively even physically. It's just that whole "Impervious to pain and Impossible to Kill" thing Cain has going for him that makes it impossible for Hulk to win.

Thanos punked Champion, but Thanos also stated that he couldn't fight Champion h2h.

War Hulk along with his Celestial implants was drawing power from TWO separate universes. This means that all the time War Hulk was fighting Juggernaut he was drawing power from TWO universes.

Argh. I never said Hulk can't be KO'd at all. It's just that he can't be KO'd when enraged. Are you going to deny PISage? Hulk is one of the greatest victims of it. And you pretty damn well, that the adrenaline flowing through his body makes him more durable and resistant to injury and such. This is common knowledge. Even the grey Hulk:

"The Hulk's body also counteracts fatigue poisons; while fighting others in an enraged state, he can maintain peak output for hours on end and still continue to become even stronger as his anger escalates."
I don't have a scanner, so I can't show you more than what I can find on the Net. But I'll keep looking.
As for War Hulk: the Celestial Tech simply brought up a good portion of Hulk's own strength potential. He only drew power from the pocket universe, as always. And as you can see later on in the comic, the Hulk speaks in a rational way, calm way, suggesting that he was not in rage mode. He may have been slightly ticked off, but it wouldn't compare to what the Savage Hulk would feel.

Your scan still didn't give proof that Hulk cannot be ko'd while enraged, or that he has unlimited stamina. Unless you can give proof otherwise, your claims are just claims not fact.
The scan clearly stated that he can maintain maximum output for HOURS.
