It basically is this both combattants doesn't have the versatile enough power set to beat each other quickly.
The only real known fact is that Cain is far more durable then Hulk while does perhaps possess the power get a bit stronger then Cain although Cain doesn't have a set limit so one can say for sure.
Although Hulk is durable enough to take what Cain can dish out because he can be renewed because of his rage factors.
Because this is going to be a long drawn out fight no one knows for sure how the outcome will be.
Cain can probably fight until the end of time because he is constantly being supplied with power from Cyttorak.
Hulk has been shown to go for weeks on end because he stayed in rage mode. Although Hulk has shown to grow older and if thats the case then he could die of old age but no one knows for sure.
This is a stalemate with Cain getting th small nod just based on durability and his unlimited stamina

EVERY THING that could be said has been said over and over again.
Cain is supposedly immortal and Hulk can keep fighting him as long as he's angry.

ok ill accept the fact hulk has unlimited strength but how is that gonna do any good aginst someone who has unlimited durabilty

Oh , but wait . What do mine (non clouded/unbiased) eyes see. Venom continuously punching Juggernaut to no effect. Now it's a wee bit difficult to get up and start moving when you have a symbitoe enhanced nut-job sitting on your chest and/or punching you.
