was born a Lutheran protestant, but so are most people in Norway cause the Lutheran Protestant church is the state church. And it is I who have to make an effort to get out of it still are a member of the state church because whenever you quit they always seem to loose the paperwork.
Freakin hypocrites
still amember, been since I was born. It happened automatically. Unless you aint a memebr of a religious society you automatically become a member of the state church which is the Lutheran Protestant. Had my confirmation at age 15 as a lutheran protestant, didnt want to disappoint my grandma so I went ahead and did it. Almost got myself kicked out though over a dispute with the local priest. My father was a Freemason together with the bishop of this town. So he manage to keep me in
Again, you are reasoning the Noah story from a Children's Bible perspective. You have to look at what the litera text says and then you'll see many objections can easily be discarded with out questioning the POSSIBILITY of such a story.
1. It's just as likely that the story talks about the entire LAND, not the entire Earth, so tehre is not specifically mention of many societies wiped out.
2. There is strong evidence for massive floods happening in the Mesopotamian Plain
3. Who said only a few people built the ark?
4. Who's an expert on the amount of animals and their feeding practises from Mesopotamia?

Yes, I know, it's just that a lot of Christians DO take the story from a "children's bible" perspective. They take it 100% literally.
I was a catholic until a few years ago. Although Buddhism did appeal to me in my later years as it seemed more 'down to earth'. But I ended up abandoning religion all together in my last year of high-school (private, catholic high-school 😛 ), although I'd had doubts about it for a few years before that.
This is just a few of the directions from God on building the ark, i can give it all tho if you would like:
Gen 6:14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.
Gen 6:15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.
God gave dirctions for noah, and if DaNiel can be put in the Lions den, yet the mouth of the Lion was shut, can he not get the animals on the ark and feed them?
and if Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, can be put into a fiery furnace and not be burned up, and yet the guard was consumed by the fire, can he not get the animals on the ark and feed them?
Gen 6:16 A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it.
well, you're right, Satans domion is Earth, but he will be locked up in hell all w/all other sinners.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
