Actually Fire, you can only take two attacks on Coeus, for certain- you have only missed one attack on him since your fight started. It might be an error that you have a second banked action at all but it was probably from some point earlier. You can have the spare action but not to attack Coeus with (though I'll save that for the next turn)
Ok... that firstattack was a bit odd because you know that Coeus used a focus dodge (Willow Step)but ok. As you roll evens, that is a miss.
This action we get the second attack! This is a nasty shot, Coeus- Handd of the Emperor, only dodgeable with a Path Power. That'll need a defence!
Oh, Mors, I am absolutely certain that Coeus will be trying to Weapon hit you again THIS turn, so you had best defend as well.
Of course, the remaining SWAT guys will be firing also!
Cloud- being clever, eh? Ok, you cannot get ALL of them because they are not all in a group. But to kick one into another is an attack on two opponents. You can do that, but at a -2 to hit peanlty.
Afraid you can't burst fire wit Berettas, Cloud! They aren't fully automatic. You can fire three bullets at each, though.
Hmm, -1 and evens... sorry, Cloud, but your guns skill not quite up to this work... the SWATs throw themselves down and your shots go over their head.
Good news is, those two SWATs are now exerted and miss their action!
Oh god...*to team* can someone hurry up and get that flag? what ARE you people DOING?!?! im fighting 3 PEOPLE and nobody is doing anything but twiddling their thumbs...either HELP ME or GET THE FLAG and RUN...
alright, for defense from LAST action, Tail of the Fox
For defense this action, natural order phoe's blast and if necessary, tail of the fox Fire's two hits...
as for my attack...you guessed it, normal sword attack against Mors...(weapon)
kinda busy here, getting my ass whoped, if anyone wants to try and help im not gonna stop you!!
ok im gonna get serious,
out comes the deagle!
you already did my tail of fox (or whatever you said)defence right?
can i prostegious leap away from hep and fire 3 deagle shots too?
if not i just want to get as far away from him as humaly possible in one turn while firing
(phe, i can never spell! welcome to the club!)
Ok, let's take things one at a time...
Rade, what happens with a Vertical Kick is that you spent one action running along the wall, and then get a Kick with +3 to Hit on the action AFTER. +3 to hit is rather a lot, which is why it takes so long. In the action you run along the wall, you can actually move if you wish (though you still couldn't leave combat). It's a good way to run and enter combat, or use on someone misisng an action, or if you have a banked action, a target, and not much else to do, etc.
Burn, Prodigious Leap won't help you leave combat, thouh it would allow you to make an attempt to leave combat that would jump you out immediately.
Here is what happens if you try and Flee if you have not Proned, Hold, or Thrown, or in any way gotten away from your opponent
Your opponent gets a free attack on you with +2 to hit that you cannot do anything other than Defend against- basically a free atack against your basic defensive score, no dodgin or Focus powers allowed.
If your opponent misses, or you are still standing (i.e. not Held, Thrown or Prone... or Dead...) after that blow, you have left combat. And then your action would be to Leap, though where to you would have to tell me.
You may, of course, draw your guns and attempt a close range Guns attack, Burn (you can use Guns in close combat). But bear in mind that Guns can be done over by the disarm powers and can be dodged against, when used up close, using powers that dodge against Guns OR Close combat attacks, so Storm Turtle and Clever Fox are both useful against such a move.
As you are unarmed, drawing your guns only gains you an exertion so you can do that now.
(Incidentally, there is a power right now that lets you strike and then leave combat, but for Spears only. In 1.3, Kicks get one as well. You can see how that can be useful now, I hope. Very handy against Agents to have a 'strike then run' power, too).
Ok, Burn, you Tail of the Fox. Phew! Heph rolls -1, and despite his best efforts, you nimbly dodge him also, watching his fist slide just past you!
Big choice now, Burn. Try a Guns Close Combat attack on Heph, or try and Flee and risk a battering?
MEANWHILE
Coeus, your barrage of dodges on this turn is a good idea, and I shall just go alter things for that Tail of the Fox. Virus misses as the first thing you do is flip backwards with Natural Order. Luckily, Fire only gets one more attack on you so only a need for ONE Tail of the Fox. So, let's see what happens...
Gah! Fire Wings ya, Coeus- he rolled well. Another five damage, reducable to one with Tail if you wish!
All that is left for that fight now is your strike against Mors... we need a defence!
