It's pretty sad when the mom dies in What's Eating Gilbert Grape.

And in Radio

hmmm well Titanic would be one

umm LOTR ROTK would be another (theoden dies)

uhh and Troy where achilles gets killed....he actually turned out to be
good

When the soldiers shoot two socks (The wolf) in Dances with Wolves. cry

*looks if Bambi has been said yet*

when the terminator dies in the sequel version lol

Anna in Van Helsing. I Was so sad...so mad

Without a doubt, for me Terms of Endearment , The Champ, Life as a House, Pay it Forward, and yes I have to admit I cried when Spock died in The Wrath of Kahn......just shoot me now! 😆 And I have a sneaking suspicion that I will cry when Star Wars Ep3 gets released....Anakin's journey to the dark side is gonna tear me up. 🙁

I would say some of the movies that come to mind are Ghost. Pay it forward, Deer Hunter (not sad just depressing) and of course the lion king

can i just say i didnt find lion king sad ..

franks wife and his kid 🙁

i know im sorry 🙁 but i think my sister had my share of sadness tho she couldnt stop crying she darnt watch it again

Lion King was pretty sad... I don't think since Bambi there had been such a depressing scene.

When Boromere died in LOTR trying to save Pippin and Merry i almost cried.cry

i bawled 😮

I think my worst death experience for a movie had to be The Green Mile.... I BAWLED!!! BAWLED!!!! I was on my knees on the floor sobbing. I refuse to watch that movie again because I threw the remote at the TV when that bastard cop killed the mouse and then rigged that dude's execution. I was screaming and crying hysterically. I am so glad I didn't see it at the theater.
Also...when Boromir died in LOTR. I was very sad. He died with Honor...*sniffles* and he pledged his devotion to Aragorn...*sniffles*
I would also have to say...The funeral scene in Steel Magnolias. Shelby was already dead, but her mom gave the best break down performance I have ever seen. Even all these years later I still sob when i see it.
Finally I think...Passion of the Christ...yeah...i sobbed...the whole movie...

Also Elektra in DD even though she really didn't die
