Well, it's not really a death but at the end of pirates of the caribbean where Will sort of dies, that's really sad...

Brian Piccolo in Brian's Song.
When Tristen watches Samuel die in Legends Of The Fall.
Ironically, Tristen's own death may be the best way to go out in a movie...ever.

Definitely agree about Tristen.
How about the end of the Notebook where Noah/Duke and Allie both die in the bed? (well, we assume anyway). I cry every time.
Oh and in The Life of David Gale when Bitsy finds out he's just been excecuted. Definitely bawled there

Say what you will, but Heath Ledger's death in "The Patriot" and Mel Gibson's reaction over his son's gets me teary eyed every time. This, of course, is coming from a father.
Also, when George shoots Lenny in "Of Mice and Men" I get emotional.

Mufasa - Lion King (Greatest disney film ever made) Kikuchiyo - Seven Samurai Watanabe - Ikiru Ending of 'Million Dollar Baby', of all, struck me hardest. I think that was the first time I ever really cried as a result of a film.

Alan Moore's The Watchmen? If so, then who's death?
Spoiler: Rorschach's?

That's right. I'm not sure what to think of the actor who's playing him, though.
