i watched Jesse Jackson's sermon and he made some serious points about why MJ is being destroyed. Even Geraldine Hughes was with him..Neverland was destroyed completely..If they were JUST looking for stuff, why did they destroy Neverland completely..They messed it up like the American soildiers messed up Sadamn's palaces. Don't tell me that this is just regular investigation. MJ is being destroyed for many reasons that have nothing to do with molestation.

Yes Michael is not under a time factor, he will be alive this year, next year, as the case muddles along. THe child, has no guarentees. And Michael is the one who has responded quickly to the events. The DA, is more concerned about his case, then this child. It may be a case, of a DA so focused on his case, he is allowing civil rights, and concerns for this child go. Where is the social worker to protect this child, when pressure is being put on to tape a statement. He needs protection. Michael has a lawyer, to protect him. What about Gavin. . The DA said, he's been working on this case for 5 to 9months, 5 to 9 MONTHS! And he couldnt' find another victim? What evidence is he looking for? Shouldn't he had his evidence? Why is Michael not charged yet? 5 to 9 months? And you can't charge him right away? What is going on? 5 to 9 months and you went on tv and asked for more VICTIMS? SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CASE. The DA lied on that press conference many times, why he had to lie?
