John Gacy was wonderful with children. He was a children's party clown for Christs sake. He made his living being wonderful to children and entertaining them. Michael Jackson was accused of child molestation. Michael Jackson then paid an enormous sum of money to the child's parents so they would stay quiet and he wouldn't face a legal trial. Years later........he is accused of child molestation again.....only this time he cannot buy his way out of facing the legal ramifications of his actions.

That my friend is a matter of legal record........all is documented. Innocent men clear their names.......they don't pay millions of dollars in "hush money".........innocent people don't get accused of the very same crime over and over again.

I lack in logic and common sense- you have again compared Michael Jackson to a crazy clown which is a point I have already replied to. John Gacy was a clown by occupation only. IT WAS HIS JOB. He did it for the money. He didn't like kids or even people in general- he liked to kill them!

I'm going to have to go out on a limb here and say the answer to those is probably 0.

Sure Mistyblue and everybody else who's defending him.......Jackson may be innocent. He has not yet been proven guilty in a court of law. You are very correct on that point. You must look at it from everybody else's point of view. This is not a one time occurance. This has all happened before. Have you ever been accused of child molestation? Probably not. The chances of being wrongly accused of child molestation is remote. This does not happen all that often. When the very same person keeps getting accused of a crime time and time again......by different people at different times, a pattern starts to form.

If Jackson is innocent, he could have cleared this up a long time ago. He could have went to trial and proved he was innocent in front of the whole world. He chose not to. The man chose to pay millions of dollars to the boy so he would not have to go to trial. I know you love Michael Jackson and all but you honestly have to realize that this is not the act of a innocent man. Innocent people don't go throwing around millions of dollars to accusers so they won't have to go to trial and prove they are innocent to the whole world. This strongly suggests guilt.........for the sole reason that he did not want to go to trial.

If I'm accused of child molestation.........I want to go to trial. I want to show my family and my friends that I'm innocent. I want a chance to get on the stand and tell the world that all the accusations are a crock of shit.

If the man was innocent........why would he be afraid to show the whole world that he was innocent? He wouldn't. He would jump at the chance to redeem his reputation......to clear his name once and for all. He would not pay millions of dollars to the very person accusing him of the crime, the person ruining his reputation..........he would say, "screw you, I'm not giving you any money.....we're going to court and I'll show the whole world I'm innocent and you are nothing but a liar"........

Nothing about the man's actions leads to the conclusion that he is innocent. He acts as though he is guilty........so people think he is guilty.

He was accused of child molestation...........
He had the chance to go to trial and clear his name........but instead paid the accuser millions of dollars to be quiet about it.......
He is then accused of child molestation a decade later by a different accuser..........

We don't know for certain that he is guilty but what there points to him being innocent?

Maybe it's because he didn't want to go to trial- he was afraid to go to court and stand before a judge and be treated like a guilty man.

the problem with this case is that when the kid says mj molested him the family went 2 two civil lawyers first. i mean for heavenz sake when u get molested u go straight to the police. they say that the kid didnt wanna tel it earlier, well tell me something, do u think the kid can keep a thing 2 himself for 1 day if someone molested him. the kid would physically change and would b shaking. its just insane. i mean the date in which they say mj molested him was april. i mean WTF? its been seven months. its annoying it really is
