for Voldy and Gandalf to fight in the first place, they'd have to be in the same world. how would they manage that?

I agree completely with Sauron. Voldemort would not stand a chance and if you read lotr you will understand why. Gandalf cannot be killed. He is a maiar spirit. Voldemort may use avada kedavra, but it will only destroy Gandalf's physical form. His maiar spirit may return to the undying lands and select a new body. Also Gandalf has powers he cannot reveal. During Gandalf's time in middle earth, the Valar limit his powers and thus the istari wizards appear in the forms of old men. They were strictly prohibited from challenging Sauron. Their job was to assist the people of middle earth against Sauron. Gandalf would unanimously destroy Voldemort. Sorry, but you cant make judgements when you havent read hp as well as the lotr books, along with unfinished tales, silmarillion, etc. I have read all texts several times. Any more fools want to say Voldemort would win?

we know from voldy, that he has many options, like apparating and stuff!
but gandalf, has also lots of mental powers he could use and i think he never really showed us his real strength!
gandalf could beat up voldy easily. thats anyway most of the opinions, but d'you think he would destroy dumbledore as well?

gandalf was striding toward voldemort, who was smiling rather evilly, voldemort raised his wand and screamed aveda kedaveda as loud as he could a green light flew from his wand and gandalf fell dead, olorin the maiar spirit of gandalf awakened in valinor where he specially requested a new body in a specais guise, he then reappeared infront of voldemomrt in the form of a young boy, scruffy black hair, glasses and a peculiar scar....he then proceeded to mop the floor with voldemort who can now be killed by oloring/gandalf as he is harry potter

So, The Unknown, you are saying that Voldemort couldn´t be killed if he was dropped in volcano, his head is ripped away from his body...etc.
And for Avada Kedavra, I dont think that would affect Gandalf because he isn´t human being...he is about 7000 years old you know...and he can control fire in defence and attack(what means that he could burn Voldemort in crisp by means of milliseconds before he could even think apparaitng away...). And I think that Gandalf The White can apparate as well. And he doesn´t need his staff to do his magic, it just helps him to control his powers and concetrating his powers in one place. Gandalf would rip Voldemort in pieces pretty quick. And dont say that I havent read Harry Potter, I have read them. Gandalf is much MUCH stronger then Voldermort. Admit the facts and live with them.

GO VALAR MELKOR!!! I totally agree with him. And even if Voldemort can't die or whatever he'll just sink into that weak form of his anyway. He may not be able to be killed but he will end up being too weak to pose as any threat to Gandalf anyway once he's done with him.
