Maybe once I am at the entry area, I can do a few fast MA moves, just to lower the exertion level.

You don't HAVE to ka-chink a shotgun, no. Just gives it +1 to hit if you do.

Well, moving and doing stuff at the same time is worth an exertion, Ares. But I doubt fast moves are worth it just to reduce it.
