he stared at Reality, something within those eyes of her showed a moments worth of concern so real, so profound he could have cried. Still his tears had all but dried, there was no way for him to shed even a single one, nomatter how bad things got, and things often got bad to a point people who hadn't had it gradually build up would go mad with the feeling of it. At times it was asif there were needles and pins being stabbed, jabbed into his skin from the inside out and the only way to escape them was to cut them out so everything would flow away with the blood you had drawn
He could resist it though, yet what he saw within her eyes, within Reality's beautyfull orbs the moment she looked at his little shrine for his mother hurt him worse then many things had in ages. He could see her lips form the words slowly 'your promised' and he knew then and there, in that moment ... if he would love her, he could never turn back, could never give into his emotions because it would most likely ruin her life aswell as his
Things began to add up slowly, he didn't need her to explain such things, he just knew somehow, some way that she had gone though as much as he had. She might have other ways of dealing with it, but that didn't lesson the pain

He knew that soon she would have to go home, or to a place wich had to portray home anyways as visiting hours were growing late, were nearly passed. Gently his hand stroked along her neck, his head tilted. His voice had been softer still as this time it had indeed been a whisper, gentle, soft ... loving and caring.
