my friends were sexually harassed what should i do?

two of my friends have been sexually harassed and they told me today:

1)one was at her ex boyfriends house with a friend and the friend left for a second, and while she was gone he started to interfere with my friend and she told him to stop it but he didnt and he did it for 5 minutes until her friend came back and got him away from her......this happened in september and she told me today and started crying

2)my other friend wont tell me exactly but she said that it has to do with her 22 year old sister's ex boyfriend who is like 23 and she said it was similar to what happened to my first friend.....and that happened a year ago (i think) if she tells me more ill tell you guys

they dont want me to tell anyone and i feel really awful...it makes me sick just to think of it 🙁 thats why im asking you guys what to do

That is really horrible 🙁 I wish I could give some advice that would really help. All I can say is listen to them, and make sure they don't feel like it's their fault.

yeah....i honestly don't think i can say anyth more than that too...do ppl report these things to the police or sumth?

they only told me and each other and the friend that walked in on the first one knows also

It's sexual harrassment... or sexual assault even.. rape is non consensual sexual relations.. that's the definition in my Criminal Justice book...

yea she made him stop because hes scared of her

No one should have to keep this a secret, especially someone who's only 13 and doesn't really know what to think of it...

i know.......what should i do......they could press chaarges even but they dont want to tell anyone and i dont want them to lose their trust in me

be very supportive, thats all you can do if you dont want to lose their trust

although an adult really should be told
