Wow......sorry to hear about your friends V...... I would call the cops and give them the names of the guys who did this and tell them what they did. Don't give them the names of your friends unless they ask. I would guess that they won't want to arrest the guys who did it, but then they will know who they are so if they ever do something more serious, they will know that they did something before.

Your friends should get councelling, with a lil research you can find ppl that specialize in that kind of thing. Secondly they should file a complaint, sadly enough it's probably too late already but they should do it anywayz.
