My fondest memories of winter when I was a child was when we'd get up and put on the local tin-pot radio station to find out which schools were closed for the day.

Do you know how much snow would have to fall to close schools in Norway, I am talking a new ice age here and maybe then....maybe.

When it snows here in good ole PA, Tommy and I take out the old 73 Chevy pick up and do doughnuts on the back roads.

My labs love snow. They run around like crazy, eating it and making it yellow.

Way I'm looking at it is that my Vectra is due for renewal in 6 months time so if I were to smack it up too bad then I'll just get my renewal brought forward. (After all, it WOULD be a genuine accident... 😈 )

No snow yet, just very cold and very wet, temps are suppose to fall below freezing and ice we will have 😄

We're getting down to about a degree above freezing at night, but still well above that during the day.

We got another inch here today.

Schools were closed all over the place here the past two days. For those of you who don't reolize it, if you get a couple of inches of snow per hour, it adds up fast. The plows can't cover the ground fast enough.

Hehehe, done that too, really pisses of the landlord. LOL

Yeah, she wasn't too chuffed but after a careful bit of arguing I convinced her it was her own fault for having such a lovely skateable car park. 🙄
