Does Metal really suck?

Maybe because it doesn't technically exist.

I like metal but not this new crap they've come out with these days called "nu-metal" Metal to me would be: Pantera, Mastodon, Machinehead, Fear Factory, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath and so on
-Metallica does'nt fall in that category anymore because they SUCK big time now.

Its all down to opinion, you can never say metal sucks, as someone else will like it. I personally am a metal fan, but i know many people who hate it.

Personally I like some bands but not the whole genre, which is why i am anti-genre because like i like some bands from diffrent genres of rock, but i wouldn't say i really like any one genre best
