Halo 2

i agree with the shaolin monk, i mean when it comes down to FPS games on consoles there arent any that play well, halo would be the first truely good one imo and metroid would be second

I have Halo 2, got it today a day early! It f*cking rulez! From hijacking a Banshee mid-flight in multi-player to blowing up a tank! Its badass!

15 levels up to 60-90 mins long (depending on how good you are, I'm playing it on Heroic and its DAMN HARD! Harder than the first)

im playing on normal just to beat it and it is a bit hard .... kinda boring

When Halo 2 came out It was one of the few times that I regreated getting a PS2 insted of an x box

First and foremost My copy of Halo 2 is the Limited Edition Collectors set. I haven't had a chance to check the 2nd disc for the extras. As soon as I got home I pop my copy into my X-box and I stayed up till 3:45 am playing the game. Damn! I should have call in sick to work! I dying to get back home and continue playing....addicting? HELL YEAH!

Ooooh! What can I say? Halo 2 is exactly what I was expecting. No let downs or high expectations. Is pretty close to the original but not identical. MC looks better build and Cortana looks cuter and cooler than in the first one. New weapons and old weapons are in. Personal favorite is the SMG it kills faster and but clip too short. I really get a kick outta the dual wielding combo.....dual plasma rifles and I'm go sucide on the Covenant!!!

Speaking of the Convenant they look more like charactirize in the sequel than in the first one. I like that Warrior personality that they present in the first 5 minutes of the cinema cuts. I think the books influence some how the idea that the Covenant alies aren't just uncivilizie barbarians....they seem to value honor and are pretty fairly good fighters.

Well, I don't want to make it long so I'll just say......play it and rate it! For me Halo 2 get's a 9.8! Why such a low score? I haven't finish the game yet 😉

Beat the game last night, took me about 9 hrs, but it was great. Much better than the first Halo. I didn't enjoy playing as the Arbitrator as much as Chief, but it was great story wise to be able to see the covenent side of things. One question

********SPOILERS****** Who the heck was the squid type thing. It seemed like it was a much more important thing than the game let on. Also, did anybody else see at the end of the credits, they have a little extra clip at the end with the Squid type thing and Cortana, it's short but cool to see at the end.

That only bad part about the game was the ending, it just leaves you hanging and after waiting 3 years to play the game, you don't want to have a cliff hanger like that.

Damn, that must be extremely disappointing then.

GTA: SA kept me busy for a while, 105 story missions, I beat it in about....2 weeks, I bought it Oct. 26th, so I should be set for Metroid Prime 2:Echoes now, and then the games I get for Christmas.

Can't say I know Halo to well, but I hope the online provides you with more then the single-player, or Campaign mode did.

well for FPS, Halo 2 was a fairly long game, and I didn't like the cliff hangar either, but try and think of it as the second movie in a trilogy that sets up everything for the final movie, if or when Halo 3 is made.

bungie confirmed halo 3 ... problem is its being made for the x-box 2 that's coming out next year

In Halo 2, they refer the the Halo that the Master Chief destroyed as Halo #4.

I would assume they would drag this all the way out. It is the most successful x-box series so far.
