But there aren't any Agents in the window box, Burn... (giggles)
Anyway, to answer your question as you intended it to be, no.
San, Agent 2 rolls -4, missing by miles!
You then jump up, Trinity style, for your kick... You roll +3 for 17. A hit! Agent two is thrown back, taking four damage and he is knocked Prone, smashing down an office wall in the process!
Agent performs: Rise
Almost the moment the Agent hits the floor, he gives a little kick with his feet and he springs back up immediately.
However, you have escaped him and immediately leap down to the window cleaning box.
Mors uses Natural Order to dodge Agent 1s gunshots.
Still waiting for Burn, Cloud, Mors, and for those in the box to act if they have any ideas.
"That will take you down four floors if you go all the way," says Dallas. "Smash back INTO the building once you are down."
Ok then... Barb;s box is descending as fast as it can...

Oh look! Targets for Agents! Well, this makes their life simple.
Agent 1 will engage Mors
Agent 2 will engage Cloud
Before they do, both Agents will walk step by step besiudes each other as they approach.
2: These are not who we were expecting
1: It makes no difference. We shall proceed.
2: Eliminate them
(Hence the name of this assignment. Heck, you didn't think it was you guys DOING the eliminating, did you?)
Agent 1 performs: Pose- Faster, Quicker
Agent 2 runs straight into the attack, kicking at Cloud. Agent one sets his glasses straight first, and comes in to jab at Mors again...
You cannot chose to use Shielded in advance. You would use that if you did not take a Defensive Action and get hit.
By the time you are in a position to ump out (e.g. this action, as last action the window as 'in use'😉, you would be in combat and that would be fleeing.
I'll do your attack, though. Agent 2 will dodge. You roll evens for a 17- a Hit! The blade cuts lightly across the hand of the Agent... causing only a graze. He smiles...
And THEN he does his Kick. So, will it be the Tutor's Block, or wait and see and Shield if hit?
