it took me some time and quite a few crashes and burns later, to finally accomplish and complete a new song of mine called "away from the sun." i'll post it sometime this week, but not right now. i know that there is already a three doors down song of the same name, but entirely different subject mine refers to. keep you posted! later.

talk about good timing with that song when i posted it! suited perfectly as a tribute for the late, great kurt cobain and plus i made a special tribute-dedication posts for it on my xanga as to remember him and his last days on earth and all. very sad.

well, i may try to write more songs and/or poems about kurt. plus, use more nirvana songs to inspire me to write and imagine some or most of them being sung by velvet revolver. scott's voice suits them so well and he does sound sort of like kurt most of the time. more so than gavin rossdale does. don't you think so?
