Since Itachi is a rather cunning fellow, and has mastered the sharingan, this should be a piece of cake.

Also, Sasuke used the sharingan to make one of B's subordinates reveal his location. So the commands shouldn't be too difficult to get a hold of either.

I personally hope Kabuto has Madara make a bunch of Wood Clones to fight the Kage and then summons the real Madara to his location to beat the shit outta Itachi.

Madara: Like I told those Kage, all I need to kick ass is hatred.
Sasuke: Hells yeah.

couldn't kabuto have just used a summon like say hanzou to retrieve dna from the bottom of the lake jiraya was in?

Probably. It's been speculated that Kabuto actually has revived Jiraiya and that he simply lied to Tobi. Granted, there is no way to prove that.
