Rank all the Kages we've seen in battle! Which means Kage like the 2nd Raikage and 2 Kazekage don't count cause we haven't seen them fight. 😛

I chose not to include Hiruzen and Tobirama, due to them suffering the worst from the power creep, and Tobirama having informed attribute out the ass.

We haven't seen Hashirama really show his stuff, but we have seen Madara using specifically his techniques. So close enough.

I'm kinda surprised Danzo's being rated so high. I put Yagura high because, hey, full beast mastery. That mirror technique was pretty cool too, so we know he's got both offense and defense. Put in Kakashi because, well, a few seconds away 🙂 And he was temporarily treated as acting Hokage and such. Put in 3rd Kazekage based on his puppet.

Danzo under Kakashi? I call shenanigans.

Kamui, three elements. Though I was tempted to put it the other way around, admittedly.

Because he's supposed to be the strongest, plus his iron sands were a more controlled and precise even than Gaara's sands. Stuff like the spikes-everywhere thing, or the high-speed bullets.

So right above Gaara.

He was said to be the strongest back when Gaara was getting beaten by Deidara. Gaara seems to have grown in strength since he started participating in the war, and explicitly grew more powerful after learning the truth of mommy dearest. Also, let's be honest, his only showing in combat was losing to Chiyo and Sakura. 😛

I think Kakashi can outlast Izanagi, and he can *barely* use mokuton. It's mostly there for the chakra boost, otherwise he can get one strong jutsu from it. Shisui's eye is nice, but kamui's an insta win too.

Anyway, IMO they're close.

Gaara does have the advantage of being the only sand user with an auto-shield.

Exactly, we have little clue on the power of the original, we haven't really seen him fight.

But yeah, I would put the Third below Gaara, honestly.
