He reminds me of Masaomi Kida from Durarara! Flamboyant but not a pansy(save for one moment). I like Masaomi more than Sasuke though so hey, fun.

Well Hinata has the misfortune of being a woman in Naruto. Though I still think she looks like a hooker...or an unimpressive rip of Samui

Wait a minute...I the movie is set in a verse where Tobi never attacked and Naruto's parents didn't die, then does that mean the Hyuga incident, Uchiha Massacre, and Sand Invasion never occur?

So how would Itachi fit into this new world now that he isn't forced to be a douche? 😐

Uchiha and Hyuga not happening explains why Sasuke and Hinata are so different, which in turn affects the others. Though it seems Tobi's still around in some capacity.

Why does liking Naruto make you a nerd? Naruto has kicked ass in this arc. He's about to kick some more now that Tobi lost his jinchuriiki. He's been pretty epic, and has only been overshadowed by Madara's infinite power boost.

Actually, it is. I think you're confusing the word "nerd" for "geek". Nerd, these days, is generally a compliment. I also possess more than enough physical stature that I do not have to worry about being confused for a "geek". 😉

luffy does goofy/badass sooo much better, though. i can't help but compare the two.

I just am not interested in OP. It has never appealed to me: anime or manga.

It is just not interesting.

Luffy has the downside of basically being an untouchable hero for the longest time in the beginning. It wasn't until Smoker that he got beat(though it was so short that you could hardly call that a fight), Miss Goldenweek pwned him but no one remembers her doing that either, mostly because it was sort of a team battle. The first true person to put Luffy in his place was Crocodile.

Which is why Luffy was always my least favorite of the Big Three's heroes. He basically makes Ichigo and Naruto look like humble losers in comparison. Sure Ichigo beat up all the guys in Soul Society but when he got into the big leagues(starting with Renji) he was being mortally wounded left and right. And even then, it's not like he became the strongest character. Naruto...well he sucked. The only time Naruto went through an invincible stage was the Chunin Exams and that's better than him being invincible from the start like Luffy.

That and I hate Gear 2nd far more than any of Naruto's powers or Ichigo's.
