I agree with this, as well. They can use up their chakra up to their "mortal" and then it has to regen.

They have to rest sometime. They can tax it, even if only momentarily. If not, then Muu would not have lost half of his chakra, and would have been able to outdo Oonoki's dust release easily. It's probably only a small window of opportunity though, that only top tier people can take advantage of.
I was under the assumption that an ET body would regen as long as the caster kept the jutsu active. However, this does not seem to hold true for Madara currently. Your question is a good one. Where the hell does it come from?

I know way off topic, but I was recently doing the sensjiu family tree. What would be a good twist is kononahramaru was part of the uchia clan. His mother and father was planned to be married to keep the sensjiu clan and uchia clan at peace. Where the daughter was part of the uchia and the father sensjiu or vice versa.?

There's unlikely to be any more big bads, but this war are probably isn't the last due to the number of existing enemies around.
There's always Sasuke. He will probably surpass Madara at some point to be the final stepping stone for Naruto. Orochimaru may still have a few tricks up his sleeve as well since he has been revived. I really hope the kages pull something out against Madara. If not, he will more than likely be the next obstacle. Wouldn't be surprised if Naruto and kakashi talk Obito into switching sides to defeat Madara or something.

That's... Absolutely absurd. Frankly, maybe it is just my perception compared to yours, but I feel that you're misreading Tobi entirely as a character -considering this and your assumptions about him being more powerful than Madara-.
