EX: Kakashi vs Zabuza, and Kakashi vs Itachi(copied Kisame's jutsu).

Rinnegan copies any nin-jutsu. Rasengan is classified as a ninjutsu.

They can copy the handseals, which allow them to copy the jutsus.

Rinnegan is above the Sharingan in that regard then.

It seems Pein's Rin'negan seems to have some sort of "insight", apparently just like the Byakugan. He was able to detected the village defensive barrier and make a counter invasion (Pein seems to be able to see chakra even underground as well).

Also, Pein cannot fire chakra blasts from his hands.

Look closely, those were actually missiles.

But yeah, Pein is definately powerful, he is quite fast, can read minds, steal souls, destroy large buildings with missiles, he is pretty tough.

Just read the new chapter. Pein is amazing, but what really startled me was Kirabi. He's even more amazing then I thought originally, he was just fine after Amaterasu and Sasuke+Akatsuki look like complete fools after being tricked.

What a useful ability. Sasuke wouldn't have had to waste Chakra escaping Amaterasu if he'd had that power.

Just cements my opinion that Kirabi>Itachi. It looks like he may have even intentionally lost.

He might be stronger than Itachi. He has already taken two of his best attacks from Sasuke.

He can't be stronger than Itachi, seeing as Itachi can seal away -anything- by swinging his über sword. Not to mention complete invulnerability.

Said jutsu fvcks up Itachi's chakra considerably, and all you would realistically need to do is stay out of range of the sword and Itachi will only rapidly drain himself.
