Why would he kill Kakashi in the first place? Obito knew that the Mist ninjas were attacking both Kakashi & Rin, and when he went bat-crap crazy, he likely just wanted to attack things that were moving and going after Rin.
I doubt Obito blames Kakashi for killing Rin, but IMO he does blame him for failing to protect her. Like others have said, he probably killed Rin because he had to. Maybe it's something similar to the Yahiko-Nagato scenario.

Character development, plot, story progression, and writing in general.It was a decent chapter, and projecting your frustration onto me isn't going to change that.
I have no objections with Obito's physical or mental reaction to what he saw (Which is what the chapter mainly was), I merely found Obito's repetition of his verbal reaction (WOOOOOOH!) amusing. Admittedly, that could have been the result of a minor translation fumble, which I had not considered.
Odd how you seem to believe I am the frustrated one, when your use of "projecting" is a clear sign of you still being butthurt over our last interaction (The word was relevant to it if you remember). It is similarly odd that you can claim I am frustrated, when you made a little pissy snide comment (Not to mention factually incorrect, considering how at least two people outright agreed with me in response to my post, and psycho gundam effectively agreed by mocking what I was essentially talking about) towards me without me having to so much as provoke you.

We still don't know how they parted ways yet. In all honesty how did Kakashi not have any knowledge that Obito was still alive? It might have been expressed in a previous chapter on how Kakashi relives that moment, but since their eyes are essentially connected, I don't know how Kakashi had no suspicion of it being Obito.
last chapter was weird. Obito being Tobi really killed it for me. I like Obito, and I like Tobi. I do not like them being the same character. Tobi's just a guy with massive childhood issues now.

Also I think I'm the only one here that's completely neutral towards the chapter. I personally though Nagato's roid-rage was funnier but that's just me.
