Indeed, perhaps tied to the Senju dna that he now has around his eye. It's not reciprocated vision because Kakashi doesn't have the dna either. Or perhaps it's just because it was originally Obito's eye to begin with.

Even if he is killed off/turned by someone, I wouldn't see him being replaced as the main bad guy, not unless something else is revealed to have set up the Juubi's revival and Akatsuki and such. I mean, sure it is Madara's plan, but Tobi's plan seems to be a little different, and he's the one who set up most of the steps.
Now, I don't see anything else except the Jubi being the final villain though, but it wouldn't be the main antagonist for Part 2 of Naruto, not unless it somehow controlled Madara & Tobi. I'm pretty sure you'd see it the same way.

I think it being Obito's eye definitely has something to do with it. Obito was clutching the left side of his head.

Imagine if Obito could see through any Sharingan in the world...haermm

Dude, I was referring to Kakashi not using the Sharingan regularly, which is really Obito's eye. 😛

It's probably because it was originally Obito's eye. He was clutching the left side of his face when he 'saw' Rin, and like Aura said, maybe Obito having Senju DNA has something to do with it too. After all, it is not unlike the Rinnegan's ability to share vision.

when he gave it to kakashi he said he'd see through the eye. he's the only living character to prove or disprove that's what happens with eye transplants

Minato's epic pwning of Bee and A at the same time. I mean sure it kinda happened in the manga too but the opening made it look 10 times better.

bee had him also in the manga/anime.

that ep reminded me that bee prior to the bijuu infusion would annihilate everyone the same age as him, maybe kakashi can hang for a bit

Minato would have been wounded (probably seriously), but Bee would have been killed.

Sure hope the animation has improved for Part 2 of the war. Choji's fight with Asuma and the G/S bros were horrible.
