sasuke was alright but then kishi has him on some aimless mission of bluffing revenge...actually, not so much revenge but bluffing to equalize the loss of the uchiha clan by killing the clans of konoha cause he feels the uchiha are gone so that they can live, so it's only fair to kill them, too.
my reasoning is that sasuke really doesn't have much of a body count nor a true plan to crush the leaf, and whatever he does come up with is temporary. he and tobi were in konoha secretly and even he was able to calm him down after hearing some guys say some inflammatory things. while training with oro he immobilized 1000 fodder nin and killed none. he's just stuck in that anger phase of grief. he just needs a hug.

Solar and Lunar Release(depends on the time of day which is actually clever)
Sword that can cut through anything(I've been told that this is not a no limits fallacy and that it's just really sharp)
Constantly in Sage Mode
Genjutsu more powerful than Frog Song but less powerful than Tsukuyomi
A blinding technique(akin to what E does)
A space time technique that seems to work like Minato's
Solar clones that explode
A technique that allows him to transfer damage he would take onto his opponent
A technique that is similar to Dust Release but it's "in a league of it's own."
Yeah he is single handily the strongest thing in this RP and I'm certain he hasn't shown everything. The only way my villain will win is if I'm smart enough to counter all of that.

He killed the 5 Kage and turned them into puppets. They also have some pretty fun techs but the space time ninjutsu and reflect your pain back on your enemy are just stupid broken.

Okay, so he has the most recent generation of Kage as his puppets. Cool. Anything else?
Also, now that I think about it, wouldn't Puppet Tsunade be limited to whatever weapons your character has added? Only thing Puppet Tsunade could heal would be your character, and I'm not sure her chakra enhanced strength would work either. Puppet Onoki would be lulzy to watch.
Lulz, not to mention, he apparently has something more uber than Dust Release.
Easiest way to win is to just make your character the Jinchuurikii of Kurama or the Ten-Tails. That should even things up. 😛
Well one has Jokey Boy(and uses a puppet Samehada so chakra isn't a problem), one has Black lightning, one with just regular tornadoes, one is just a samurai but pretty strong, and the last is a Sarutobi so yeah.
I didn't kill the Tsuchikage cause my villain has a plan regarding her lol. But the rest of the world thinks she's just as dead.
Edit: And actually yeah, Edo Tensei was lost to time. There is only one person alive who can use it and that's Orochimaru, who my villain has to somewhat deal with as a Starscream like villain.
