couple of observations:
1)what was the weird exchange between sasghey and hashi in the beginning? Looks like either the MS didn't work on hashi or sasghey put it away
2)The senju bros are just too badass. 1st Tobirama is about to go ape shyt by merely lifting a FINGER!! then hashi checks him with an older bro ill kick your ass and you know it stare...both had the other kages and the rest sheyting their pants
3) Tobirama's sensor skills are uber. From sensing the kyubi/naruto chakra to being able to analyze Oros new body to the cellular level. Has any of the eye techs been able to go to the cellular level? cant remember

1) He didn't even try to use it. And yeah, looks like Q99 was right about Sasuke being able to activate it, even though he has the EMS. Meh, makes no sense.
2) Hashirama was the one who made everyone else shit their pants. Tobirama merely made Suigetsu shit his pants. But yes, they are badass in their own ways.
3) Minato was the one who sensed that Naruto's & Kurama's chakra had melded together. Tobirama instead sensed Madara's chakra.
Yes, eye techs have been able to see on a cellular level.

This time implies last time was different.
And Mangastream says "That means your edo tensei has no hope of limiting my movements."
So, the one translation specifies this time. The other one specifies that being at near-full strength means he can't be restrained by it.
Considering he is saying this knowing he was restrained last time, whichever version you take, there is clear implied difference between the two summonings.
