Kay. Sasuke was casually much faster than her when they met for the first time. Now she managed to outrun him and he was probably being way more serious here than when he saw Naruto and Sakura at Orochimaru's hideout.
I don't mean to suggest she is faster than him but the gap has certainly lessened.

I'd imagine that his reflexes and such are faster, but her strength allows her to simply launch herself.

It isn't too hard to for a ninja to outrun someone when that person is busy looking at them in bewilderment instead of running.
That said, it was a pretty damn good speed feat. She moved as fast as or faster than the clone she punched.
- Sasuke outran KCM Naruto. Sakura outran Sasuke. Sakura > Sasuke > Naruto.

It's both IMO. While it isn't as good as the shunshin that Sasuke and Naruto usually employ, it's still speed.
eh, i don't really care about the ranking thing. It's fun and all, but it doesn't change my opinion of characters or anything.
I actually think bumping her up in the rankings is legitimate because Kishi made it pretty explicit that she's now on Naruto and Sasuke's level... that statement could have just been her own estimation of her powers, but to me it came off as a "word of god" type of statement. My only problem with her jump in the rankings is how abrupt it was.

Demonic Phoenix, I read the chapters after 577 and I concede our argument: I think Madara was just not giving a f*ck. He knew exactly what type of body he had so there is every reason to believe that a super genius Ninja will use his tools to taunt his ants even more.
Sakura is a legit S- ONLY when using her seal. She needs to be made an S- or S but with an asterisk like the others. It will take her another 3 years if she uses this seal completely up making her mostly what her "normal" self is.

She clearly needs to be bumped up, but bumping her up from B+ to the S-rank on Q's list based on just one feat is ridiculous IMO.

Though yeah, I was going to state that Madara was screwing around, and that he fully intended to let Tsunade hit him so that he could in turn take her out, seeing as he was using a wood clone at that point.
I'd be fine with this, provided she racks up other feats on a similar scale (not just brute strength) as the one she just displayed.

i didn't say she deserved to be S, just that bumping her up from where she was is legitimate.

Well I'm still suprised that Kishi didn't have Sakura just truck through the Juubi-spawn to show off her uber regen. Not only would it have been more impressive but it would've also been more convincing to put Sakura into the S- group on Q99's list.
At most Sakura is an A+ but even that seems like a stretch. I mean her "Hulk Smash" was cool but we've seen it before.
Also when is Sasuke going to get a Megazord...I mean Perfect Susanoo?
