She's not a genius, but I don't see how she is dumb. She almost finished the two if it weren't for friendship no Jutsu.

Not that I'd actually prefer that. The DBZ fighting that's been on display since the war started has been retarded. But, on the other hand, now that these ridiculous power-levels have been established, it's inconsistent for the fighters to arbitrarily limit themselves to things like... throwing bone spears at people.
As for why Kakashi and Obito can both stand... I don't think they were ever actually effected by the power, were they? It's AoE might work in such a way that they were simply not inside of it until they leaped in front of the spears, at which point gravity did the rest in putting them directly in the spears' path.

Naruto and Sasuke could probably tank those. The Alliance with chakra cloaks survived a nuke.

And the bone spears obviously have something special going on à la Gin's Bankai. Mere piercing attacks do not disintegrate their targets.
