Well its about damn time Sasuke started using Path powers. Though I agree with dadudemon that Sasuke's reasoning kind of sucks but hey at least we're getting the Naruto vs Sasuke rematch that's been put on hold forever right? Right?

Oh and why can't Naruto just use his Jesus healing to restore Kakashi's regular eyesight?

I predict that Kaguya will return as the Rabbit to help Naruto. She was once a good person and Kishi loves to redeem such characters.

Save for Madara, I would presume. Have to say that ever since Sasuke first started helping out in the war, I was no longer expecting them to fight. So this chapter pleasantly surprised me.

I think Sasuke only wants a serious fight between him and Naruto. All this dramatic stuff that he is doing at the moment, is to rouse up Naruto to be completely all out. Either that, or Sasuke super serious about his method. Naruto gonna win, cuz the movie announcement and all.

Predicting Tenten will pop out and seal the rabbit goddess after Naruto x Sasuke fight. Tenten will be the heroine 🙂

I was more surprised by Sasuke making the act of taking out all 9 Bijuu look far easier than Madara did.

His Chibaku Tensei was also different.

Yeah, he used the Biju as the cores of gravity, which is stupid. Wasn't the entire point that both Naruto's and Sasuke's chakra is needed to turn objects into cores of gravity?

Oh, Sasuke, being so stupid like always. Why do I get the feeling there isn't going to be a real fight though. Because Naruto said he is going to finally end the brotherly feud once and for all. And Naruto never ends things by punching someone anyways.

I kinda get where Sasuke is coming from. As far as he knows the Kage really do suck at their job.

Does Sasuke not give a damn about the Feudal Lords then? Sure they don't directly control the villages but aren't they the ones that make sure the countries are financially afloat?

Also why's Sakura so close to Kakashi?

Financially, yes... but they can't determine the shape of the ninja world to too great an extent, mostly just affect the balance of funding between villages.

Naruto killing Sasuke would render the manga's overarching theme entirely irrelevant, and would make the series a shaggy dog story. Not just in-universe, but on a meta level.
