Uh, Sasuke he tried to make you as full of hate as possible. Dude taunted you about not hating enough. Itachi was mad jazzed about you hating him.

Sasuke's plan is pretty bad, since uniting everyone in hate would just cause a shitton of rebellions against him and continue the cycle of violence. He'd have to subjugate the world and keep them down through overwhelming power, plus kill anyone who's a threat to him like the Kages.

Naruto's right, Sasuke doesn't understand his brother at all. If Itachi could see him now, he'd be ashamed.

Sasuke has never considered stopping the cycle of violence.

Basically Sasuke is gonna become Oliver Cromwell. Just without any sort of attachments. Which fits Sasuke.

True, I guess I shouldn't be surprised at Sasuke continuing to be a terrible person.

Madara and Obito wanted to put the entire living world to sleep. Nagato wanted to subjugate the villages and end wars by using the Bijuu. Danzou's the closest to Sasuke's goal really, except Sasuke wants to do that on a worldwide scale, and do everything on his own.
For all of his rashness, he kinda has the idea of the Hokage down. Hashirama said that the Hokage would be the one to protect the village from the shadows. Sasuke is taking it a step further in that he wants to remould the way shinobis operate, and then become the highest and sole authority in the world.
I think there's more going on. Some of Sasuke's facial expressions don't match that of one who is convinced his plan will work. And 'severing/forgetting the past' is just plain idiotic.

Nah. IMO, he hoped Sasuke wouldn't attempt to do what Indra did, and he was trying to make up for giving all of his power to Ashura in the past.

I wonder if they'll stop for a power nap. These punks hafta be tired. Naruto went 2 straight nights without sleep and Sasuke is probably pushing 24 hours himself.

I don't mind Sasuke's idea. I like what he envisions, but it's just not feasible. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi all have to have a moment where they laugh together again as it has been repeatedly wished for by the main characters.

Sasuke wants to become Garou the Monster. Lulz

You're right 🙂 I got Tobi/Obito mixed up with Danzo's manipulation of Hanzo. I remembered the part where Obito/tobi tried to convince them to let him help them and they rejected just before Konon is abducted and Yahiko dies. I had assumed that Obito had captured Konon and brought her to Danzo as a bargaining chip for Hanzo but it was just Danzo I think that had her captured.

Lulz, the new intro for Shippuden has Sasuke's Susanoo riding on top of Naruto's Bijuu mode.

If itachi just left a post-it-note with a message to Sasuke he would change his entire outlook on life in a instant he's that mentally pliable

i dont understand isnt the ninja world already unified why does sasuke what is sasuke ttalking about and didnt his brother already tell him not to bear the burden by himself

Sasuke thinks it needs to have a clean break from the past.

Naruto thinks that building upon what came before is better.

Hasn't come up in awhile, but I'm still running a Naruto RPG.

The players are looking for a therapist, and I decided that a certain existing character would be the best shrink in Konoha:

Ibiki Morano.

This make sense to anyone else?
