Sarada fails to be content with one parent that loves her?
Are you seriously saying this in a conversation about Boruto, who has two loving parents that, as far as we can see, spend as much time with him as they can?
Any who, pretty okay chapter. Naruto helping Sarada address her anger and sadness is nice. Though this silliness wouldn't have to happen if Naruto just said "Hey Sasuke, explain this stuff to your kid!"
Lol, Sakura has been intentionally keeping things from Sarada and coloring the facts her whole life, reacting angrily when questioned about those things. Based on what Sarada believes, Sakura has also been actively lying to her about being her mother as well.
Sarada has also received numerous emotionally harmful experiences in a single day. First with Sakura flipping out at her, then finding the hidden picture, then learning that her father is a cold, distant prick, then Sakura being kidnapped and then finding out that (seemingly) Sakura isn't her mother.
ANYONE would react badly in that situation. It's human to lash out and given the circumstances absolutely a sympathetic reaction. Especially considering Sasuke's lack of presence in her life (which again, Sakura never fully talked about) left Sarada emotionally starved and vulnerable, which makes it a double gut punch she finds out that the one parent she did have isn't even that and was seemingly lying to her the whole time.
It doesn't help that there hasn't been anything brought up so far to dissuade Sarada's current view on her parents. She needs some answers or at the very least a hug.
I don't know why Sasuke wouldn't explain this as he's experience first hand what happens when a family member tries to make an overly complicated plan as an alternative to simply talking.
Oh and talk no jutsu makes a return this time the kid edition.

Sasuke still has little practice opening up, and they're still pretty busy.
Sarada's recovering pretty well, thanks to Naruto. Good for him being there. Seems like Sakura at least was a good mother.
well, Naruto just saved Konoha from being destroyed by Sadara 10 years from now. Good Hokage'ing, Naruto!

I find it pretty interesting that Sasuke's Rinnegan was basically confirmed to be a RinneSharingan with him being able to travel to Kaguya's dimension and such. Also pretty cool that apparently RinneSharingan is to the Rinnegan as Mangekyou is to Sharingan seemingly.
But if Sasuke still has that kind of power under his belt, with Perfect Susano'o and such, he's seriously out of Naruto's class at this point tbfh.

I think you're right and wrong.
The databook has the Rinne Sharingan always classed as a Kekkei Mōra, and we know it's unique to Ten Tails Jinchuurikii/Kaguya.
Sasuke's left eye is a Rinnegan (classed as a Kekkei Genkai) with Sharingan/MS abilities. So they're different, and they even look different (colour), but there are similarities.

^ Sasuke is still missing an arm though I've always wondered why he doesn't make a new one with Asura Path: I mean we know he has Path powers and Nagato made multiple arms with it.

I didn't say Sasuke wasn't downgraded, but the fact that he can still use Perfect Susano'o/Dimensional Travel and has kept up his fighting abilities much better gives him a decisive edge over Naru.
In short, they're both weaker than they were against Kaguya and each other, significantly so. However, Naruto's only gotten weaker since The LAST, and Sasuke's only gotten stronger.

Cool, except Kishimoto has repeatedly shown & told us that Sasuke's left eye is not exactly the same as Kaguya's third eye.
