DP you remember that trailer of the new Boruto movie you posted? I have heard that the cake Boruto throws down is his sister's.

Nope. When I was a kid I NEVER threw down my brother's cake.

If that is true then my opinion of Boruto will plummet.

Presumably Sakura trained her.

Which, btw, really speaks to Sarada as a prodigy. I think between strength and Sharingan, she compares reasonably well with post-skip Sakura... likely doesn't have the skill level or healing, but still.

Couldn't Sarada have copied Sakura's strength with her sharingan like Sasuke copied Lee's speed like Zslick said?

I was thinking the same thing, but that's a little instantaneous for something that took Sakura a year or two of training.

Even Sasuke had to train intensively for a month to replicate Lee's speed.

Her shock could have been due to how relatively devastating her punch was in comparison to what she had normally seen from Sarada.

Plus Sarada does crack the ground and kill that creature with one punch here.

No. She never had her Sharingan active when Sakura was using her chakra enhanced strength. Unless I'm forgetting something.

It may be this is just the moment she pulled it off. Like, she did preliminary training, some in private, then with the strength increase granted by the sharingan now she can manage it.

God, our greatest fears have truly been realized.

We thought that Naruto animation couldn't get worse than the Kyuubi vs Pain fight. We were so wrong...

Madara vs Guy is up and nabbing the title for perhaps the worst animated Naruto fight of all time.

So, on the Sarada story, any thoughts on where the characters should stand in the ranking?

Sarada and Chocho seem like they're genin level / D rank to me (they may not have graduated yet but they're totally ready for it even at the start), while Sarada with Sharingan's a step up, at least C.

And any thought on Shin and his clones?

The others are a bit harder.

Shin's clones appear highly variable in their capabilities. The first one we saw is arguably the strongest, followed by the next 5 we saw consistently with Shin, and the rest are weaker than that.

The first one was stronger than Sarada + Chocho, and all of them seemed fast and, of course, had the sharingan to help their movements.

First one, maybe B+...?

The other ones, C+?

I don't think we saw enough of the bulk ones to necessarily judge their strength to be weaker, or at least not much weaker. I mean, one was huge!

The first one gave Naruto and Sasuke pause, and outmatched Sarada and ChoCho pretty completely.

The bulk of them were clearly fodder by comparison.

The first one was the only one to use Mangekyo, right? So I could do Shin Uchiha Clone (Mangekyo) for that one.

Should I put it in the As? It's not like Sasuke and Naruto were going all-out.
