From the new chapter its apparent that Raikage is fastest character weve actually seen fight in naruto. Also despite Jugo hulking out Raikage seems to oneshot him with an elbow.lol

TRue Kirabi has the fastest feat. But the Raikage seems to be considered the fastest in that village.
So Sasuke, and Naruto are destined to fight because Sasuke's an Uchiha, and Naruto is descended from the brother who would become Senju. What the heck happened to no such thing as destiny. Won't Neji be mad to learn he was right all along, you can't fight destiny. Course I guess you can't break destiny when you've become even more of an emo than Sasuke.

Well it's destiny for Uchiha/Senju to fight, and it's Naruto's destiny to fight Sasuke because of that destiny. So somewhere along the lines Minato, and Naruto are related to Tsunade, and the 1st, and 2nd according to destiny that Madara talks about. Course I don't doubt that somwhere along the lines everybody in that village minus Uchiha, and Hyuuga are somehow related to the Senju after what 90 years in a small village.
Look, the entire ninja world descended from the sage. Of course everybody has some relation to senju or uchiha, though it may be very small. Nonetheless, this story makes not a lot of sense. They're implying that the sharingan did not evolve from the byakugan as previously thought, but rather the rinnegan?
Also, i'd just LOVE to hear how madara got this information. Sure he's ancient but the stuff he's describing predates him by massive amounts.
Raikage is awesome. Super fast, super strong, he doesn't even bother using jutsu he just runs up and beats on you too fast to do anything. Also his lightning apparently prevents the sharingan from tracing him... that's neat... not sure how that's supposed to work but it's interesting.

Maybe it's written somewhere, maybe Madara just likes making things up, or maybe he's just that old...course he should only be like 100 but hey who knows what these days when it comes to the story. I wouldn't be surprised if Madara ends up being a reincarnation of the first Uchiha, and after his 'death' remember all his past lives or something weird.

I read nothing to causes a disbelief in the Sharingan being a distant bloodline limit relative to Byukugan. There's no reason to assume that it wasn't still a "descendant" of the Byakugan.
Byuakugan is a descendant bloodline limit of the Rinnigan, and Sharingan is a descendant of Byukugan. Nothing in this last chapter changed the assumption that has existed since pre-time skip.
And, of COURSE Madara is going to claim fate. Then, just like in the Chuunin exams, Naruto will take a big ol' shit on Madara's assumption on fate. That's really how Naruto is supposed to work, anyway. 😐
