It's funny, for the longest time it looked like Hinata would be Naruto's silver medal.

But now it looks like Sakura is really going to get rejected 😛

I hope Sakura goes with Madara.

Naruto rejects Sakura because of something like he "knows it's really Sasuke she loves". Then makes a speech about how they need to bring him back together *yawn*. Kisame beats that weird Ponta thing.

to elaborate on kandy's spoilers:

f the talk no jutsu shit sakura and naruto are doing, lets get straight to the main event!

k ponta gets owned, and kisame hilariously says " i didn't get enough good shavings from that giant bear." lulz sabu chan then gets his big ass hatchet and goes after kisame to avenge ponta whom is actually a tankuki. kisame is headed for sabu chan first, and goes for him head on.

bee scribbles down sabu chan's passionate words then throws his pencil at kisame which he avoids, but kisame does take notice that the pencil sticks deep into the ground due to bee's knowledge of raiton manipulation, and kisame says that it's even better than fuuton weapon enhancement. kisame takes a swing at bee but he dodges the shit out of it.

the pretty badass stuff happens next. sabu strikes at kisame but he blocks it, then bee comes from the opposite side to trap him but he blocks his raiton swords with samahada. sabu chan is shocked that the blades didn't penetrate (obviously due to the absorption properties of the samahada). bee then goes 3-4 tails.

bee then does the rarri atto (or whatever the name of that move was that killed sasuke the second time, you know, the most epic pwnage in the manga) headbutt to kisame and they stalemate. kisame says that samahada tasted his octopus flavored chackra and it will get excited for more since it's such a rare flavor.

bee jumps back after a bit and then samahada's wrappings fully unravel and samahada looks like it's teeth are standing on end like an african porcupine.

it ends with "Samehada changes...a close match with Killer Bee!?"

So Kisame is apparently much stronger than Sasuke and his little homo team.

He blocked Killer Bee while charging with his "Eighth Sword?" That's actually a pretty impressive strength feat.

So whos looking stronger right now? Itachi or Kisame.

kisame is a physical genius, whereas itachi is a illusory/nin-tech genius, so they are different and hard to truly compare. they make the perfect combo since they compliment each other a lot.

This looks like an awesome fight. I want it to be very close and not easy for either fighter to get a win. Definitely don't want Kisame to stomp.

Hmm this seems like it could shape up to be one of the the best matches in part 2, and not disappointing.

Though Kishimoto could pull off another 'Kishimoto' and ruin this great fight.

Well yea, but doesn't mean I can't hope for a fight that is as good as any in part 1...or at least one as good as Jiraiya/Nagato..

Jiraiya vs. Pein was as good as the better part 1 fights. I kind of liked some of Sasuke's fights as well (even though they always end w/ a plot device).

Hey now, Part 2 had some good ones. Gaara vs. Deidara, Sasuke vs. Deidara and even Itachi vs. Deidara (I showed D that teh Sharingan was teh shit). Basically any battle with Deidara or nearly any battle with Sasuke was good 😛

I meant that most of the recent fights have ended in some sort of anti-climatic way, which is something I do not want happening.

Kirabi vs. Sasuke was awesome right until the end.

Sasuke vs. the kages was cool too. I'm glad to see a fight where the outnumbered guy actually loses.
