technically she saved the most lives by direct action, and taught sakura medical techs and taijutsu which not only saved th life of kankouro, but formed an alliegance with the sand that accomplished a great deal (took care of the sand's greatest criminal which lead to the revival of their kage).

The last 3 kages personified what it means be kage: protecting the village up to and including their own lives.
It's just me who misses orochimaru's evil presence?
Since he was owned by sasugay and "killed" in that stupid way that naruto lacks a true villain. I mean, madara? The guy is pretty good telling stories, but besides that... Sasuke? Just a spoiled brat. Pain? Redeemed in the end, doesn't even count. Even itachi was not a bad guy after all...
This manga is seriously lacking a true villain, one immune to naruto's talk no jutsu...

Hey! A discussion where my bias against Naruto(characters) doesn't get in the way. To Sarutobi letting Orochimaru go seems pretty reasonable from his perspective. But I'm glad that I not the only one that detests Tsunade's hokage methods. She still did her job as village protector pretty well.(If not for her, everyone would have been killed by Pain)
Although I don't think the second hokage was so hot either. I mean c'mon he was a nobody compared to his brother despite his status.

I think the second hokage may have been one of the best, but we never really found out. Because to my knowledge, it was under him that konoha became the greatest hidden village. iirc, he was also Sarutobi's teacher.
C'mon its Tsunade! You really expect her to do stuff like that? In terms of activity and readiness she's an old female version of Shikamaru. The story doesn't go into detail about the second or fourth even thought stories say that Minato was a beast on the battlefield.
To the question on what Kakashi is doing, he's a live and well unless its about him taking the role of Hokage; I'm not sure on that one sorry.

The way she handled the rebuilding of konoha was pretty well thought out and smart talking about part 1.im pretty sure you have to be pretty smart in order to be that good at medicine. You're correct. She is literally THE best medical ninja in history.
A medical ninja has to have ultra high chakra control. You could say that medical ninjas have to have the highest chakra contorl in the group, which takes hours upon hours of practice. Sakura had uber chakra control almost nothing when she did jutsus. She mastered walking in no time flat, whereas, Sasuke and Naruto had to practice at it for hours and both are literally geniuses.
Tsunade is quite talented. She should be every bit as talented as Kabuto and then some.
We just...haven't...seen her fight.
We know that the three Sannin held their own against the Hanzo...which would include Tsunade. So, she was strong enough to hold up.
Also, it'd be near impossible to injure her unless you hit a vital as she can heal on the fly (Sakura did it)

Sorry for not clarifying, I wasn't comparing intellect I was comparing motivation and just giving a damn all together. In this category Tsunade has as much motivation and enthusiasm as Shikamaru.(which is none at all)
Danzou is good villian material but I might never realize it since Sasuke just made me loose interest in his fight. I might not even be able to see what he can really do because of it.
