i think naruto is pretty cool, even though its no where near its inspiration dragonball/z, its not a bad manga/anime. the only thing i dont like about it is that all the best characters die of some retarded disease right before they win. i really wouldnt be surprised if that sasuke or naruto dies of a disease right after they kill the other person
i think onepiece is > naruto for a lot of reasons. the only characters i like in naruto are kakashi sakura and sasuke aside from that i dont care about the other characters much or the storyline at all
i think bleach is my favorite anime. its been pretty bad the last few chapters though minus the most current!

While I might accept Naruto being the most overrated manga in the world right now, the quality of it is still leaps and bounds above that of Twilight's.Since, you know, occasionally pretty cool shit happens, and it actually has some good characters.
Cool shit? Maybe, but thats in part 1 every fight in part 2 is shit and fail.
Would we say Orochimaru had Plot Disease (Where you cough up blood and require medicine and then even though you can fight at *almost* full you keel over at the end) or just Kimimaru and Itachi?
Killermover
I consider him to be better because I'm not into romantic stories but you have to admit, they made a shit ton of money without trying and are currently the most overrated authors in the world currently.
I *am* into romantic stories and that's part of why I hate twilight. It's not even a good entry into the 'supernatural vampire romance' subgenre, of which I've read several.
Naruto for all it's flaws has a good core, likable characters, an interesting world, and very creative action. Sure, there's like two dozen ways it could be improved, but I'd still say it's ultimately good and if someone's looking for shounen fight, I'd recommend it.
The primary complaint I hear about Naruto is it doesn't break free from the shounen fight formula enough, and the main reason it gets that, after all, is because it does break free from the formula more than it's rivals.

Nah, Orochimaru was genuinely sick (though i'd argue that yes, this was only for plot purposes).

itachi, kimimaro, and orochimaru 3 virtually untouchable ninjas die from some sickness from someone far weaker than them, and two of those times it happens to be sasuke, showing how his power isnt as strong as we think
Considering Sasuke himself admitted that he only won due to Orochimaru's illness, yeah. I, and hopefully, most of the others here, didn't think he was as strong as Orochimaru at the time.
As for Itachi, it's nearly the same shit. Sasuke couldn't beat Itachi, even though the latter was near death. Even without the 'Itachi planned the battle' bit I would never consider it a win for Sasuke. Granted, were it not for Susano'o, Itachi would have 'lost'.

Indeed: Oro was holding his own, while approaching the end up of his body's life (aka, weakened), against a 4 tails cloak Nartuto. As I've pointed out, a 4-tails cloak Naruto is nicely on scale with full Bijuu form, Hachibi.
Nah, Itachi would have redirected that lightning, like the Dragon of the West. 313 He would have been like, "What now, newb brother?"
