Before you start flaming me to the ground, I want to clear some air. How many Sasuke fans are their in the KMC compared to Naruto fans. And please anwser honestly, because alot of people use fake modesty to surpress their egos and arrogance for their fandom affiliates.
I know that since these current chapters have been focused on Naruto's story. More people praise to quaility of the manga again when Minato and Kushina narrarated. And I notice the top characters for the polls are none other than Naruto related characters that are affilates to Naruto.
Uchiha's on the other hand have been few in between in fandom numbers or have been hiding in the fanclub section of the forum secluding themselves in yaoi fanfiction/fan art.
It's come to my attention, ever since Sasuke lost his fight with Killer Bee(As a Sasuke fan I notice he failed), Sasuke's fandom has striked a mark with the anti fan clubs with not only Naruto but also Naruto affilated characters that threaten Sasuke's attention in battles and powerlevel. Some say it's Sasuke's final humblity that he struggled against Bee, Raikage, Kages and Danzou but then again it totally contridicts Sasuke's descent to darkness and dehumanzation. If he's gonna be evil and bad, it should be shown not explored. Sasuke could have been written to be stronger than Itachi, hell stronger than Pain or at least have Pain level fight but nope he has to job or nerf himself to explore his dark descent.
I've never seen a full pledged villain get pwned at his first attempt at villainy despite having a new set of eyes and a team system that should have made his job easier. It's like Kishimoto wants Sasuke to whine and fail to make Naruto look good because Sasuke is more popular than Naruto and he hates that.
But I digress. On Naruto side, I realized something when the manga needs positive development, Naruto fans always need to state the obvious over and over without stopping for lunch. No one cares about Naruto beating the bad guys but appearently when Naruto fights people make some thread about Naruto being god and pwning Sasuke just to make Sasuke tards upset. Pain, Kabuto, and Sasuke just make Naruto and his story into a boring cliche overachieving mary sue to me but theres always going to be more fans to him than a fan to a Uchiha because Sasuke haters are afiliated with Naruto based plotlines and developments.

The point of him losing isn't to nerf him- each time he's losing it's to an increasingly stronger foe after all. It's to make him decide he needs to go deeper and darker in search of power each time. Killerbee, he only pulled out at all due to unlock amaterasu, so obviously he needs to explore the eyes more. Kage fight, he could feel his power expanding as he gave in to hatred more, but it still wasn't enough, and in the end he went far enough to unlock full susano'o. Danzo, well, he did win, obviously his hatred was working, but with the follow-up against Kakashi he started to hit a wall, so he needed to gain more power and go darker still.

Since I hate A, Sasuke and Itachi. Bee is still one of the most awesome characters though.

Konoha's clans are more numerous and since the Uchiha seem to get the short end of the stick, I pick Konoha.
Hm... healthy Itachi vs Minato would be an awesome fight, tough to call. Minato of course beats sick Itachi.
Jiraiya's less suited for taking on Madara than Minato was. Good fight but probably Madara.
Mikoto we've never seen fight at all and the only way an Uchiha could beat a jinchuuriki is via mangekyo or other S-class jutsu, so Kushina easily.
And it's quite unfair to pit the Uchiha against the various Konoha clans.

If we are talking about manipulating people, and undertaking numerous plans from the shadows, then yes, Danzou was the smartest Kage there.
When it comes to actually dealing with one's own village and trying to resolve the problem on hand in a logical manner, Gaara was the smartest Kage there.
If we're talking about battle tactics, Sasuke was the smartest person at the summit, even though he wasn't a Kage, and he rarely displayed his usual intelligence outside of perhaps one instance.

I'm a Sasuke fan, though I have no qualms about engaging in light-hearted banter about him. Earlier, people insulting him with their usual Sasuke-hater comments annoyed me slightly, but now, I think that he's somewhat deserving of it, given his actions.
Polls are useless.
No comments on the fan-fiction/fandom crap, as neither of those subjects interest me in the slightest.
Sasuke never lost his fight to Killerbee, technically speaking. Neither did Killerbee for that matter. It was another inconclusive battle, so to speak.
He was also learning the perks of his eyes. In fact, at that point, he was weaker than Hebi Sasuke, as he lacked his Cursed Seal, & Orochimaru's techs. All he had was his Sharingan, his regular techs, his team for support, and one Mangekyo Sharingan Technique that was overcome easily by the Hachibi. It's only at the end of the fight that he was able to unlock Amaterasu, and had it not been for Killerbee's plan, he would have lost.
As for his battle against A, we've had enough discussion on that. IMO, it was another inconclusive battle as well.
So far, the entire point of his battles has not been to win or for some evil scheme, but to show him delving deeper and deeper into his own hatred and in turn, becoming more ruthless.
Typically, this is marked by him drawing out more power and advancing Susano'o, at which point, he usually gains the advantage in his fight. The only exception to that would be his 'fight' against Kakashi, where his overuse of the Mangekyo finally caught up to him.
In effect, he's becoming more 'evil'. Kishi's still building him up. Villains like Pain & Orochimaru were already villains, and Kishimoto did not have to take us through their entire development phase, whereby they started out as neutrals, and became villains.
Madara plans to send him after Naruto, so that might be something we could see in the future.
If we were to take Sasuke with the MS mastery he had against Danzou in the latter stages (complete Susano'o, Amaterasu & presumably, Tsukiyomi...minus the whole blindness), he stomp A, and he'd beat Killer Bee as well.
Regular Itachi loses to Minato. No idea how the fight would go if Itachi were healthy & had no qualms about killing Minato.
Madara, easily.
Sasuke & Itachi. Raikage has, as of yet, no way to get through completed Susano'o. If Killerbee goes into Hachibi mode, he'd be a sitting duck for Itachi's Totsuka Sword, and Amaterasu. Not to mention, Killerbee likely wouldn't be able to get through the Mirror in any form.
Kushina vs. Mikoto. Are you asking us who we like more? In a fight, Kushina would easily win. As to who I like more, I like them both equally I'd say.
Though I prefer to imagine them getting down and dirty. They are both MILF's. Including Kurenai...droolio

Eh, I have no idea how Raikage was so willingly agreed upon to lead it. He acted rashly when Bee was captured, and all that. It might be since he's the strongest Kage though. I think Kakashi probably would've made a better Leader out of all the choices.

Mostly it's because village politics left only Cloud, Sand, and Leaf in the running. Sand was out due to Gaara being too new on a personal level and still new at running a large organization, and Danzo disqualified leaf.
Onoki had used Akatsuki making him the worst choice and Mist had too much history for it and thus too much potential for spies, even if Mei was a pretty good choice. Also, A was a more senior ninja than Terumi as well, Mei's older than Gaara but still the second youngest.
If Tsunade was there she'd sweep the election easily (Terumi and Gaara'd both support her and respected her highly, and Mifune would know that. Even Onoki would listen to her as well), and once they'd made a choice it wasn't worth switching over, especially with A calmed down by Bee's survival.

They might have had issues with the fact that Tsunade was so Gung Ho on using Naruto as a fighter instead of protecting him. I mean, even A recognized that his highly skilled brother needed to be put in an isolated place for protection. And with that said, at least he handled relocating the remaining two hosts well. But since Bee's capture is a likely occurrence and A is shown to be too emotional and rash when something like that happens, I'd see the reigns of power going to Tsunade in a power shift.

Raikage and the rest of the Cloud nin act like actuall ninja as you stated previously. If he had famous battle feats then they would be ignored because acting like a ninja is a bad thing in Naruto.
Sakura doesn't know what she wants! She'd probably enjoyed seeing Ino naked for all we know. Most guys in Naruto would feel humbled by seeing A's body; Sasuke's no different.

Maybe not so weird. The Sand village is ruled by a traumatized 16 year old that everyone seemed to despise for existing before getting the position of Kazekage.
