The difference is Bee formed an actual partnership with his Biju, while Naruto just ganked Kyuubi's chakra. Which probably has advantages and disadvantages; Naruto won't have Kyuubi's moves and might not be able to assume his form in the way KB can become an oxtopus, but on the flip side, no strings attached.
Hm, I wonder if the Sage of Six Paths was doing this with the Juubi.
Naruto knocked Kisame on his shit, and looked pretty cool. When Sasuke tried do something like that, he messed up and got mocked by a rapper and a wrestler then precedded to get pwned.
Some times I wish, Kishimoto would stop using cliches for Sasuke's character(pretty boy, skinny, fragile, buttsecks materia) and just make him tough and brutal like Naruto.
Sasuke sucks because unlike Wolverine and Solid Snake, he's a weak as a leaf in hjand to hand combat and endurance. And he's to ****ing gay looking. But most of all he's not tough.

Naruto has assimilated the kyuubis chakra
He has access to senjutsu
He has access to the most useful and versatile summons(frogs)
The frogs can fight
They know ninjutsu
They can tell the future
They know senjutsu
They are great teachers
They can set up traps(like jiraiyas trap in the village of rain)
etc.
The mere fact that Naruto has kyuubis chakra should be enough to beat anyone be it people with transplanted eyes or any kekkai genkai.
I don't see how Sasuke can mach, unless Kishimoto gives him the equvilaint of a kyrptonian or the Silver Sufer.

It was Naruto's incompetence and the awesome power of the 9-Tails that makes Naruto FINALLY getting control of his Bijuu, worth it.
Naruto started with the 9-tails and it did help him win when he should have died, multiple times...however, he never had control over it like other hosts did.
Naruto is just finally catching up to what a host should be like. So it's not giving him a powerup, at all. Also, it's not like getting eyes transplanted: Naruto, just the same as always, fought to get this power at great detriment to his life. He almost died by getting all of his chakra absorbed by the 9-Tails. If it weren't for his mother stepping in, he would have died.

Well, that's easy: "I'm angry and want a power up. Hey, Madara, transplant my brothers eyes that you conveniently kept so I could get a powerup."
Naruto's character: "Naruto, you could die from this."
Naruto: "I have to do it for the village and for Sasuke! So bet it!"

Naruto works for his power ups, Sasuke doesn't. This is why I like Naruto and not Sasuke.
The only thin ever handed to Naruto was the Bijuu, and that was detrimental to Naruto for most of his life...even messing with his ability to mold chakra properly...making him a sh*tty ninja. He finally sees some good from his Bijuu and now all of a sudden, it's an insta power-up like almost all of Sasuke's? I dunno if I can buy into that.
Personally, it isn't so much as Naruto controlling the kyuubi's chakra being a problem more so than it is him becoming ninja god after a subconciouss training session.
On top of that it makes all of his other training periods all but worthless in comparrison. I know he had to mature as a ninja and a person or something on those lines, but Naruto is basically god-moded for the duration of the series. And that kind of sucks!
Plus, the tail forms look way better than this transformation IMO. Along with that, how in the hell did he get Yellow Flash speed? I'm glad he finally learned something new but an explanation would be really helpful.
Nonetheless, I think I might just take back what I said about the guy called Madara. Maybe Sasuke and Naruto will both be killed off! That would be great.

Think about a Kyuubi powered FRS is gonna do to it.
Naruto is so overpowered, he doesn't even need clones anymore to do rasangans anymore, his chakra has more hax than the infinity gauntlets.
