Easy: no punch could ever do that.
The best you'd get is a VERY loud cracking sound and the oxygen around the arm/fist igniting due to breaking the sound barrier and the friction of the air.
There might be a small shock wave but it wouldn't extend but a few feet. The sound wave from the sonic boom would actually have more of an impact on everything than the air igniting.
BTW, there is this shrimp/crab thingie that creates a "blast" of air that ignites and gets as hot as the surface as the sun, for the briefest of moments. That's what I'd compare Guy's technique to.

No, guy could not do nearly as well as that crab/shrimp thingie (on scale, of course).
And, on top of that, that is compressed air inside of a little container thingie for the shrimp: Guy won't be able to pull of a "shot" like that crab thingie did...no matter how fast he punches.

Yes, I know: I knew it before I posted about it...which is why I posted about it.
Remember, I posted the video of that shrimp/crab thingie in action and I was the first to mention it. Not to mention, both Blaxican and Nemebro saw the same vid I posted (probably before this thread).
It's MUCH more fun to call it the crab thingie than to call it the pistol shrimp...trust me: we aren't forgetting it's real name.

Madara would just use his power to know everything and the moment Naruto was near them, he'd just relocate them. There are only like 10 of them after all.
I hope Kisame gets some info to the bad guys before he dies. I may not like him, but I don't want his entire character to seem like it was tossed aside. Was hoping he'd catch Bee or something at least.

I think Mist is probably my favorite village. It started out as such an apparent 'villain village,' but it's obvious a ton of stuff has happened there, and pretty much every Mist nin we meet is cool.
