Torn between Mist & Leaf.
Major Mist Ninja are badass and/or cool. Zabuza was badass, Suigetsu & Haku were cool (literally as well as figuratively in Suigetsu's case), while Kisame is both.
Plus Mist has the whole violent history, which should be explored IMO.
Meanwhile, Leaf's history is one that has been more extensive explored, and I find it interesting to boot.
It too has got tons of badass ninja, like Minato, the Sannin, Sarutobi Hiruzen/Asuma, Kakashi, Gai, Itachi etc...
Sand's probably my second favourite, thanks to Gaara awesomeness, Temari's legs, and the Third Kazekage's overall (implied) uberness.

Im really interested to see what was the last grave kubuto had to convince madara! Also suigestu is still traped with the sumaria people, so did they get out or what! On top of that, you still have the girl who was the akustkie (how ever you spell it). Is she going to be on naruto side when the battle comes???

Konan? (and it's spelled Akatsuki) Yea, she might be on Naruto's side. I doubt she's going to be happy with Nagato being brought back from the dead like that either.

He's not dead yet. But I will point out that his fake death was due to Double Lariat. Now if you didn't know, Double Lariat is the single greatest thing to ever exist in Naruto. It will be what kills Kabuto. It'll kill Sasuke. It'll kill Madara. Hell, it will even kill Naruto. They'll Double Lariat the Juubi and kill it. And then they will Double Lariat the moon for lulz. It is that awesome.
Oh, I see it now. He'll trick the brothers into jumping up to the moon(because they're just that manly), have them Double Lariat the moon, enter the world into the Genjutsu, and then send the tailed beasts up to the moon, so Raikage will have something to kill/bench press.
Everyone's happy with this ending right?
